Leonard Gyebi, M.D. is the Founder, President and CEO of Peachtree Kidney & Hypertension Specialist Group and Sankofa Medical Charities, Inc.  

Dr. Gyebi is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Prior to starting his own practice, he served on the faculty as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, and Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta Georgia.  He has also worked as a private Interventional Nephrologist in Maryland and Florida.

Dr. Gyebi continues to be a trusted source for his patient’s nephrology care needs and is guided by compassion, stewardship, integrity, and excellence.

It is this with this guidance and his passion for giving back that he founded Sankofa Medical Charities. His experience and connections in medical communities allow him to direct funds into programs where the greatest current need exists.
